Join New Belgium’s Scavenge at Eldora Mountain Resort

This ridiculously fun event happens but once a year, and it's a wonderful way for you to let your hair down and have a blast in one of the wildest events of the season. Grab your gear, bring your friends, get a lift ticket, and join the folks from New Belgium on the slopes as they organize the hunt. You will search for all sorts of items on the mountain, and winners will receive terrific prizes and gifts just for participating. See the Lights of December Parade by Our Boulder Apartments

December is one of the best times of the year to live in our Boulder apartments. The stores nearby are all decked out in holiday garb, and the streets come alive with a genuine holiday spirit that's hard to find outside of the Rockies. Among the most popular events of the season is the Lights of December Parade, which will take place on December 7, 2013 at 6:00 pm. On that evening, floats galore will grace the streets of Boulder and cruise along, delighting adults and children alike with their festive displays. It's even rumored that Santa himself will be in attendance, so this is an excellent opportunity for your kids to see him. This year's route will take the parade down Walnut, 11th, and Spruce Streets. That means there will be plenty of parking venues nearby and plenty of great spots for you to see the show. So grab your kids, call your friends, and make sure you stake out a spot to enjoy the spectacle from.
