Join New Belgium’s Scavenge at Eldora Mountain Resort

Skiing and beer are so ingrained into Colorado culture that it is always nice when you can combine the two and enjoy both at the same time. The next time you feel like grabbing a beer or going skiing close to Boulder, be sure to head up to Eldora where you can do both without any problems.

More specifically, be sure to head up to Eldora Ski Resort on March 8, 2014 when the folks from New Belgium Brewery in Ft. Collins will be hosting their annual Scavenger Hunt. This ridiculously fun event happens but once a year, and it’s a wonderful way for you to let your hair down and have a blast in one of the wildest events of the season.

Grab your gear, bring your friends, get a lift ticket, and join the folks from New Belgium on the slopes as they organize the hunt. You will search for all sorts of items on the mountain, and winners will receive terrific prizes and gifts just for participating.

The cross-country skiing in Boulder is some of the best in the state. With our convenient location and incredible mountain backdrop, it’s not hard to find a place where you want to make tracks in the snow.

This season, get in touch with the Boulder Nordic Club and join in the fun with them. They have been making trips all around the state since 1989 and they would love to have you join them on their next adventure.

This non-profit organization is dedicated to providing groomed trails, paths, and opportunities for skiers who truly enjoy the outdoors. It’s free to join and they always have a great group of people you can go skiing with.

Most importantly, when you join the club you won’t have to worry about getting to the mountain by yourself and spending your days wandering aimlessly about. It’s a great way to meet people and make some long lasting friendships that you will truly treasure.
