Colorado is one of the healthiest states in the country. Exercise, high altitude, and balanced diets makes for a healthy combination. This month, come and show your support for healthy living by signing up for the Tour de Cure, which is coming to town on August 17, 2013. Of all of the events starting at the Boulder County Fairgrounds this year, this will be one of the most important.

Each year, thousands of participants show up to participate in this cycling extravaganza. There are multiple races ranging from 20K to 100K, so you can ride for as long as you want. Every dollar you raise will be used to help fund diabetes research and reach for a cure.

Since more and more Americans are being diagnosed with diabetes, now is the time when we can pull together and help fund the programs and scientists who are racing to defeat the damaging affects the illness can cause.
