Among the most popular is their Power Fit Yoga Camp. This boot camp for yoga enthusiasts is a great way to get in shape and calm your mind. It is an energetic class that is designed to provide plenty of variety for your daily yoga routine. In fact, you should start seeing lasting results within about five weeks of beginning the course. You don't need to sign up for these courses and camps as they are first come, first serve offerings. However, you will want to arrive a little bit early as they do tend to fill up quickly.
