The Boulder County Farmer’s Markets are a wildly popular feature of our local community, and it’s easy to see why. They have convenient hours, easily accessible locations (less than 5 miles from Habitat Apartments!), and an endless supply of delicious things to eat. Contrary to popular belief, the Boulder County Farmer’s Markets are about a lot more than your favorite fruits and veggies. Check out some of our favorite local vendors, and make sure to bring a friend when you go!
Fior di Latte
Fior di Latte is an unexpected surprise at the markets. This very sweet vendor serves up gelato made to impress even the most discerning palate. Whether or not you bring your appetite, you won’t be able to resist the temptation of this made-from-scratch frozen treat. Fior di Latte uses only the freshest organic ingredients, so you can feel good about adding a little desert to your farmer’s market shopping list. As a side note, Fior di Latte has recently opened their new Pearl Street location. Make time to stop by and welcome them to our community! For more information, check them out on Facebook.

Boulder Farmer’s Market Beer Garden
Camaraderie is what’s on tap at the Boulder Farmer’s Market Beer Garden. Grab your friends and neighbors and head over for a sampling of your favorite local libations. Fate Brewing Company was voted Colorado’s “Best New Brewing Company” by RateBeer.com, and we are sure you will agree. If beer is not your flavor, grab a glass of your favorite wine from Augustina’s Winery. Founded in 1997, Augustina’s was Boulder’s first winery. Be sure to check out both of these outstanding vendors while the farmer’s market season is still in full swing.
Whether you’re in the mood for sweets or meats, the farmer’s market has something for everyone. We’re so excited to have such a wonderful group of Boulder-based foodies so close to our apartment community, and we want to encourage you to check out everything the market has to offer. Of course, don’t forget to pick up the staples while you are there. There is absolutely no better place to find locally-grown organic produce than the Boulder County Farmer’s Markets.
