Tour Celestial Seasonings Tea Factory in Gunbarrel
Tea is an enormous part of American history and culture. From our English roots to the immigrants who brought new variations to our shores, it’s a part of American life that’s as big as coffee, baseball, and apple pie.
Of all of the things to do in Boulder’s Gunbarrel neighborhood, we are fortunate that one of America’s largest tea companies has set up their factory.
The Celestial Seasonings name has become the standard for high-quality teas in America. Supermarkets all over the country carry the brand, and it’s packaged right here in the heart of the Rockies. From Ceylon and London, everyone knows just how special these specialty teas really are.
And you can tour the factory every day of the week. The tours are free and allow you to see how your favorite teas are blended, packaged, and shipped all over the world. After your tour, you can sample some of the teas and spend some time relaxing in the cafe or shopping in the store for your favorite blends and creations.
